Nothing.  Absolutely nothing.  I'll need to do my strength training later.  Soup for dinner again tonight.  Just regular chicken and rice.  It'll be nice now that the weather's cooled down.

High of 59 expected tomorrow.  That's going to beat the 87 on last Saturday's run.  No rain expected till Saturday night.

I bet with the lower temps you'll have a MUCH better run tomorrow. Don't worry about taking Friday's off, especially before a long Saturday run - and the 2nd week in a row nonetheless!

I need to make soup tonight...that sounds good!

Can I come to your house for dinner?

It sounds like you'll have perfect running weather tomorrow.

I'm glad I took the day off. I never did do my strength training. Too tired by the end of the day.

The soup turned out marvelous. Y'all are welcome to come have dinner with me anytime. I'd love to send some to Carolyn because it'd be good for a cold.
