Monday's shoes are still damp.  So Pinky and I went out again this morning.  Paced a little faster, and tried some speed work, but ran into a cramp on the back of my knee where my brace is.  I think the brace was too tight, and that caused the cramp.  So I stretched out the cramp, loosened up the strap and just ran the faster pace without the speed work.

Average pace was around 9:05.

The moon was brilliant.  Enjoying my time with it this week.

I agree about the moon this week. I have loved running yesterday and today because it has been such nice weather and the moon has been so pretty. I hope your cramp was just a one time thing.

Wish I could wake up in the early morning long enough to see the moon :)

I'm glad pinky got you out and going this morning - not to mention some lovely speedy paces! Hope the cramp is fleeting and doesn't stick around.

I saw the moon this morning, but it was when I was driving to seminary, not running unfortunately.

You have a wonderful positive attitude.
