Just an extra easy Monday run.  Having a little pain on the outer thigh of my right leg, and trying to not push that.  I guess I'm still supposed to be recovering too.

The 1/2 is Saturday.  I think that as long as my thigh cooperates, I should be able to run it.  It will be a slow, easy, training run.  But I'll be among friends, and that will make it fun.

Super foggy this morning.  Paces were 9:57, 8:59, and 8:33 for the last .62.

You called this run easy. I'll give you short, but the paces don't look too easy.

Take care of your thigh and have a good time with the 1/2.

Take the 1/2 easy and you'll be fine (hopefully!) Take care of that ache, especially after a marathon they can pop up quickly! Nice paces for an 'easy' run.

It's easy to run a quick pace when I know I only have to do it for a mile and a half. I don't have time to get tired.

How long do I get to keep the tempo runs on the back burner since I'm in "recovery?"

They're necessary evils, and I'm enjoying not doing them.
