I had a nice long post about all I did, and what tomorrow has in store.  Then I got distracted and when I finally clicked on publish & calendar, it all disappeared.

So here's a pix instead:

My fab Sunday hat.  Tried it on & knew it was a good hat that I could wear to church and if I fell asleep, no one would know cause they couldn't see my eyes!!

20 min elliptical, 2 kettle ball workouts (1 & 2), and ab ripper x.

hate the disappearing posts, but I'm glad I got to see the picture too :)

Nice workout and I hope things are going well this morning!

QP - America's next top model - very, very, something? The smile is the best part, are you going to wear it running, no one would know if you were sleeping.

kettle bells - heard they are a good workout. Slyvie has one, may need to give it a try.

RAD- I actually did have a good Saturday morning. It was the run in the afternoon that was tough noogies.

Brent- your comment made me laugh! Thanks :-) I was wishing I had it on Sunday to sleep in church. Kettle balls leave the backs of my thighs sore..so it's a good workout for the area around the hamstrings. They also leave my arms sore because I'm a whimpy armed pirate.
