I didn't wake up super early- I stayed in bed as long as possible. It's a good thing (I'm telling myself) that I did so I didn't over-do-it and run too much. The things I can justify....
It ended up being a progressive run. I just started running comfortably and by the last mile decided to go ahed and run faster to try and make it 30 second intervals. I got pretty close. Laps were around 10:10, 9:40, 9:10, 8:40. Then I had to hurry in and get ready for work.
Of course at work we've had donuts and King's Hawaiian bread with spinach dip and that was all before 10:30. Good times... |
