Hopefully this is my last seminary day for a while.

Went easy because I've got a long run tomorrow.  Ended up being progression.

It's very cold and WINDY here today. Got a race tomorrow... I hope it'll be nice at the 7am start. Yikes!

Enjoy your long run tomorrow!

How are you getting off the hook with seminary? I'm back at it next week.

Good luck with your long run tomorrow. I'll be thinking of you when I'm doing my long run.

KP- I'm looking forward to sleeping in tomorrow, so I'll be dreaming while you're running. Dreaming of PRs and ice cream!

I think the cooler, windy weather is headed our way so I'll be in your place tomorrow. Sunny, just cooler. I can do the sun & cool, I hope it's not too windy.

Carolyn,

Usually, Mr. drives & drops off kid @ seminary for me. I just have to be home by 6 to spend b-fast with mini-me before the 6:20 bus comes. This week, duty called, so I've been doing all the driving & parenting. Luckily it should be SOP next week and I'll have to think of another excuse to not run as much as I should.

My Saturday running buddy's husband has plotted out a new country road route for us tomorrow, but he's keeping it secret. He'll just lead us on an adventure. He'll ride his bike and tell us where to go while we're running. What an adventure! I can't wait :-)

Hope Mr can come too....we'll have to toss the bike in the back of the car for him since the roof rack/bike rack are still twisted heaps of metal and plastic laying on the garage floor.

I really enjoy running when I don't really know where I am going. I hope you enjoyed your adventure!
