Had to get up before 4 so I could start P90X yoga at 4.  It's 92 minutes long, and honestly, I was worried.

I liked that it had a lot of the stretches that we do in the stretch video because I needed to stretch out something fierce.  I'm glad the video is divided into 2 sections, because I was nearly KO'd after all those one legged leaning stretches.  There were some difficult things I hadn't anticipated, but all in all, I liked the video and have felt so much better sore-ness wise since I finished it.

I had zero energy after work.  It took all I had to get home, open some windows for a breeze, and lay down for a nap.  I am finding myself very, very tried at the end of the day lately.  I'm not running much, but these videos seem to wear me out even more than running does.

your body just isn't used to it and the running it is used to. I like the yoga, it is diffiuclt, but that 47 min mark and "the last vinyasa" MUST be my favorite part!!! I hope you get some sleep.

I am glad you liked the yoga! I've only done it once because I got KO'd. Hmmm, may be if I just do 60 min of it...call it the p60Smooth yoga! Hehehe! :)
