Finally got some sleep.  p90x kenpo today.  I had fun imagining who it was I was punching in the face and kicking.  I can't believe I've finished day 6.  Rain all morning, maybe an afternoon run.  Certainly an afternoon nap.

Got in my nap and a run.  It was still drizzly, but not too bad.  Avg pace 9:36.  Last mile fastest, so a good run.

I saw all the rain over you guys and it looked like it was gonna keep coming. I can understand why you are so tired after work because you are getting up long before the sun and working your butt off. Are you doing the whole P90X workout? How long does it take to complete?
