Did warm ups this morning and headed out early for a longer run.  I'm not sure I'll have time tomorrow for any kind of run at all, so I wanted to get some miles in today.

Started slow: 10:40, but picked up the pace because I wanted to get 9 miles in, and if I went slow all morning, I would have run out of time.  Avg pace 9:10.

I had a scary dream last nigh about people trying to abduct me while I was running.  In my dream I didn't have any pepper spray or a phone with me. So this morning....I was all stocked up on emergency supplies, just in case.  Luckily, all was fine, and the scariest thing I ran into was a rabbit...and it was afraid of me!

QP - no pain in the butt? - nice pace after a 10:40 first mile. Funny thing, I just mentioned to Sylvie this about Rachel's sister back on the east coast running in the rolling hills country side in the dard, hoping she carried maze. Maybe I have ESPN.

Nice run, I'm glad you were able to get it all in - you must've held some really good paces to go from one mile at 10:40 to an AP of 9:10!!

I'm glad you didn't have any 'dreams come true' this morning! Thank goodness for pepper spray - increases my confidence, watch out bunnies!!

Great run today. There's nothing like being out of time to get you to run fast.

That was a scary dream. I hope it never comes true.

yikes! it's because you were reliving your dog stories on my FRB yesterday. hopefully you will not have any problems. i always worry about mass-murdering rapists jumping out at me when i'm running past this one heavily wooded area with no houses nearby. so far, i haven't been abducted!
