Did warm ups inside, then ran the first mile slow...10:47 pace.  Things were feeling great so I picked up the pace.  9:15 then 8:53 to finish up.  The moon was so bright outside this morning, it was beautiful.  Then as I was running back home, I could see the sunlight starting to light up the eastern sky.  It was breath-taking.  I've missed the sunlight during the dark winter.  I'm going to be enjoying it during my morning runs for the next two weeks until daylight savings time pulls that rug out from under me.

Stretching & strengthening after.

I do my warm-ups (dynamic stretches) inside before heading out too.

Nice progression run and lucky you to see the moon and the start of the sunrise. It was getting light by the time I finished today, but I saw neither the moon nor the sun on account of heavy cloud cover.

QP - always nice when the moon shadows, without Cat, takeover the morning run, beauty of the sweaty morning workout, not enough of those days.

SO glad you felt good enough to speed up AND get the miles in! I noticed the bright moon last night and spent a moment staring and enjoying. Then I wondered how many early moon runners would comment about how beautiful it was, so thanks for sharing the moon with me :)
