Cankles are still a little puffy, but feeling good. Funny strange bruise on the inside bottom of my foot above the heel. Doesn't hurt at all, so why not just keep going?
I did the cardio x to try out my ankle, and it was pretty good so I'm feeling positive about running tomorrow. Followed up with the shoulders & arms and then ab ripper X.
Now I'm caught up on my p90x videos from missing Saturday and Tuesday. Feeling pretty good, and excited to run. After not running since Saturday, I'm getting a bit cranky. My office name today is "Mrs. Prissy Pot." |
