Bad night. Up at 2 worried about the dumb things 16 year old boys can do. Couldn't go back to sleep, so by 4:30, I was out running. I got in 6 miles total. The last .5 I needed to slow down a little and I thought I pushed the lap button on my watch, but pushed the stop button instead. So I'm not sure what the pace was on the last 1/2.
The weather was nice and cool. Running helped get some of the stress out.
Emotional exhaustion is harder to work through than physical. And there's no "finish line" or "medal" at the end. Just another problem to deal with.
