Aye Mateys, I set sail and traveled down to Davey Jones' Locker last night where I set the crew straight, threw a few muitneers overboard, and got the rest of the crew on board with the program.

There is one crazy pirate running the show now, and it's the one who is going to run all 26.2 miles in the snow!

AAARRRRRGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Power to the Pirates!

On a less crazy note, I did one mile warm up, 3/4 mile strides, and 1/4 mile cool down.

Nice little prep run this morning. So is your marathon going to take place in snow tomorrow? Snow on the ground, snow falling, what?

Forecast says 2-4 inches should be finishing up by around 6-6:30am. Just in time for the start!

I wonder if they'll postpone the starting time..it might be crazy for people trying to drive and park in the snow.

Southerners do not know how to drive in the snow.....they don't get enough practice.

holy moly girl....I'm in awe!! AND very glad I ran last year when it was comfortably warm and I got OUT of the snow!! I'm glad you sailed down and that there were only a few mutinies! One time technology tried to kill me...

Stay safe in the snow, enjoy the fun run and take a side trip to the beach :) I can only imagine!!
