4:20 am again.  windy and light rain.  there were a couple times when the wind was blowing so hard it made the rain sting on my face.

9:35 average pace.  Just starting to feel really good toward the end of the run. now i'm going to try and work on some numbers to put in the nap time category while I wait for seminary boy to get home.

Got my 30 minutes in.  It was great.

Wow. Great job getting out early. I hope you're napping right now. I considered going back to bed after the seminar drive, but I'm resisting.

Nice work getting out early! Can't wait to hear how the marathon goes.

Jealous of the nap - even if yours was at 6 AM :)

I love it when I can sneak in a 30 min nap in the morning. I kept smelling bbq potato chips while I was laying there...I don't know why, but they've been on my mind all day.

I was laying on Mr's side of the bed...I wonder if he's been eating bbq potato chips in bed in the mornings after I leave to go running......hhhmmm. Maybe HE needs an intervention!

Just found out I get to drive again tomorrow morning, so I'll be up early again.

The wind is really picking up out here, but no snow. I had 10 mph gusts this morning, but they sure felt like more than that. Now we're having 20 mph gusts..I'm glad I went out this morning and not waited till this afternoon.

hmmm...BBQ chips? maybe he's keeping snacks in his pockets :)

10 mph winds? I think that's a constant here! I don't think the wind ever stops, I feel like I'm always fighting a headwind!

Great job with the early hours! I am glad you got a little nap in. FYI, my husband loves to eat toast with smashed avocado on the top sprinkled with a little salt. He does half an avocado on one slice of toast. I am not a fan but the rest of my family is.
