20 minutes on the elliptical, moderate intentisty.
I feel like I'm ready to get back out & run, I just need to make myself keep my pace slower for a few more days while I "recover." Easier said than done.

I just want to be able to eat like a king at the thanksgiving table. Running helps alleviate the guilt.

You'll start getting out more tomorrow. Give yourself a good hour or two running/walking everyday and you might keep your sanity and guilt away :)
