2 hour school delay, so I stayed up late, and slept in late, but didn't really net any extra sleep hours.

It was nice to run in the daylight, although it was really overcast and I didn't get to enjoy the sun or the moon.

6 miles  35o - 9:58 for the first mile, then the others were around 9mm.  The last .8 I was trying to go a little faster and had 8:29.

Stretching & strengthing.

Myrtle Beach Marathon is offering 1/2 price registration for next year to those of us who picked up our bibs. I say why not? What are the odds we'll get snowed out again, and if we do, then hey- another great vacation week-end. Trying to convince MR. .... he's still bitter.

Fredricksburg is offering 1/2 price as well to those of us who missed out at Myrtle Beach. Nice, but I already paid full price and they've told me they're not offering refunds at this time....darn.

You really sped up at the end there.

A 2 hour delay? Do you have a lot of snow or something?

hmmm, interesting with the registrations. When is Fredricksburg?

Nice job on the run this morning and I'm glad you got some sun, always helps my mood a bit. It's rather cloudy here today although warm :( Nice pick up at the end! Is the hip still bugging at all?

Carolyn- I did find a little trace of snow in the bushes and the crevices in the rooftops. There wasn't much at all in our county, but neighboring counties got up to 4 inches. Decision for delay was made yesterday afternoon before the snowfall started.

RAD- not much trouble from the hip anymore. I'm aware at times that It's still not 100%, but it's not very often.
