Monday 1st - 6.33 miles - ran some trails along the river.  muddy and hilly but fun.  Yoga in morning

Tuesday 2nd - Yoga in morning

Thursday 4th - 7 miles worked on hills and just keeping on moving when I was tired. Yoga in morning.

Saturday 6th - 7 miles on treadmill because the weather was cold and rainy.  This felt like a really long run.  I wish there was some good news on tv to watch for an hour while I ran.  Instead I felt like I was being punished having to watch terrible things on Fox and CNN.  Podcasts were the only thing that saved my sanity.

Monday 8th - 6.01, yoga in morning before the run.  

Tuesday 9th - 4 miles.  I can feel the strength in my legs from yoga helping me engage going up the hills

Wednesday - went for a walk for 4 miles or so with MR.  Ended up at the grocery store to buy some sourdough bread to go with our homemade black bean soup for dinner.  And some eggnog.  I love eggnog.

Thursday - 4 miles on the treadmill after yoga.  Then I swam 6 quick laps and went home because it started snowing while I was running.  Of course there wasn't any snow in the forecast.

Saturday - 6.5 miles

Friday - cleaned apt and left town, drove to NC

Saturday - drove to TN

Sunday - drove to AR

Monday - ran 5 miles on the hotel treadmill.  Drove to NM

Tuesday - drove to AZ

Wednesday - drove to NV; walked a few miles around town

Thursday - Merry Christmas- Walked 5 miles to the dam and back in the morning with MR.  We saw a roadrunner and a hawk.

Friday - Ran 5.2 in 20 mph winds.  But the sun was shining and it felt great to be outside in the sun.  We saw a coyote running on the trail with us for a little while.  He was obviously after the roadrunner we'd seen the day before. 

Saturday - drove to Vegas and back.  I need to get on a schedule for sleep and exercise.  And no more stinkin' tacos.
