Mon- 4 am - remember that pregnancy test I found on the side of the road a couple weeks ago? Well, I found this just about 500 feet away from where I found the test. Looks like the kids are playing it smart.
Tues- 6 am
Wed- 6.5 afternoon. 30 min elliptical in am.
Thurs- 2.5 am
Fri- 4.2 am - walked around the hood after dinner enjoying the perfect spring weather & watching the sun set.
Saturday - 20. One of my worst "off" days ever. My legs were so heavy and tired. I went 20 miles, but there were a few walk breaks in there. It was hot, which was nice to be warm but I got a little over heated since I'm not used to it this season. I had my water boy for the last 11 miles. It was good to have him with me. I don't really know exactly why this run was so hard. I'm going to try and fuel a little better for my next long- and drink more water. The marathon is coming up- whether I'm ready or not. I feel like I don't have anything to prove, so I'll probably go slow and enjoy the day.
