I am so glad I've got seminary help again this week.   I had time to run 2.14 miles before I had to get busy on my first day of week 3 P90X.

It was chest & back.  I can't be sure, but I've almost convinced myself that I actually felt some muscles engaging when I was doing pull-ups today.  And thanks to MR, I even did it with my legs straight (so there)!

The ab ripper was super tough today.  I wonder if running first (even though it was minimal) made it harder. I nearly quit on the crunchy frog, and my bicycles were more like bigwheels stuck in mud.  I felt like this:

hope to get a pm run in later with  Wyatt.-  We were able to meet at a local park and run the armory road (a quiet stretch of road without too many pear trees blooming). We ran a total of 4.11 at a pretty slow pace.  It was so nice to have a sunny run and talk together.  Looking forward to more afternoon runs with Wyatt.
